Billy Studstill is the founder and owner of Victory Realty, bringing more than 20 years of experience in real estate brokerage, property management, negotiations, and investment strategy. Throughout his career, Billy has closed over $150 million in residential real estate sales while managing local and international investor portfolios across multiple markets.
With a strong background in leadership and business operations, Billy holds an undergraduate degree in Organizational Leadership & Management, an MBA, and also attended law school. He is additionally certified by Harvard Business School in Negotiation Mastery, strengthening his ability to structure profitable, balanced deals and successfully connect buyers, sellers, investors, and business partners.
Billy has traveled to and conducted business in more than 30 countries, giving him a global perspective on investment, communication, and client relations. He specializes in helping foreign and domestic investors navigate the American residential real estate market with confidence, clarity, and long-term strategy.
Fluent in five languages — English, Portuguese, Spanish, Arabic, and Hindi — Billy is passionate about building relationships across cultures and creating opportunities through communication and trust. His professional strengths include administration, negotiations, brokerage, sales, investor relations, and bringing parties together to create solutions that benefit everyone involved.
In addition to leading Victory Realty, Billy actively teaches and mentors real estate agents, helping others grow successful careers through leadership, professionalism, and practical experience.
Outside of business, Billy enjoys international travel, language learning, bodybuilding, personal development, and studying business and entrepreneurship.
